Important information
When you purchase a SuperSub modular home, you’re getting a fully built home ready to enhance your lifestyle. However, there are a few additional elements not included in the base price that you’ll need to plan for to complete your setup. Here’s what’s not included in the base price:
Foundation work
The home is adaptable to timber skids, concrete piles, or steel screw-piles, but foundation preparation must be completed onsite prior to delivery. Costs vary by site conditions and are not included.
Freight & delivery
Transportation to your location is not covered in the base price. We can provide quotes from trusted transport companies upon request.
Garage
A garage is not part of the standard package but can be explored as a custom option—contact us for details.
Whiteware
Appliances like refrigerators, ovens, and washing machines are not included, giving you the freedom to choose what suits your needs.
Site finishing
Landscaping, decking, or other exterior enhancements are not part of the base package and can be tailored to your vision separately.
Product standards
Our units meet NZ Electrical Standards and include NZ Electrical Certification for full compliance and safety.
Final on-site connections
You’ll need an electrician and plumber to connect the unit to mains power, water, and sewerage once it’s onsite.
